Silver is an antimicrobial agent that prevents bacteria from surviving and reproducing. The Silver Ion Technology uses silver-based active ingredients and infuse it into fibres such as our MX Mask. The ions disengages bacteria and stops them from multiplying, spreading, and surviving on the material. Even after battling with bacteria until it becomes inactive, the silver ion will continue to deliver antimicrobial properties, providing constant protection against bacteria at all times.
